Four Seasons: Pembine, WI

Located on Miscauno Island in the Menominee River, Four Seasons Island Resort is surrounded by rustic wilderness and offers a host of recreational activities.  The 55-room hotel (all suites with full kitchens) is attached to over 100 miles of ATV/Snowmobile trails which makes it and its five food and beverage outlets a popular destination for both locals and guests to the area. 

Urban Agriculture Retreat Center: Indianapolis, IN

A historic adaptive reuse of a United Methodist Church in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood, just south of downtown.  The sanctuary is transformed into a neighborhood market and community space, while a hydroponic farm uses the 1926 gym addition. An eight key, hospitality and retreat center activates the former parsonage building. *

Multi-family & Mixed Use

THE EDGE: INDIANAPOLIS, IN

A $66 million multifamily project on the northern “edge” of Indianapolis.  The fifteen acre property includes 376 apartments, a community pool, clubhouse, active and passive green space, and access to the Monon Trail.*


Ardmore: Indianapolis, IN

This $45 million project opened in November of 2020 in downtown Indianapolis. The project received $7mm in Tax Increment Financing. 131 residential apartments and retail, including Shake Shack and Rise and Roll [Bakery] connect the central business district to the Massachusetts Avenue Cultural District. **  

MARQ: Lafayette, IN

Completed in 2018, Marq, a $25 million project received $3 million in Tax Increment Financing. 99 market-rate residential units connect to the pedestrian bridge over the Wabash River to West Lafayette. Retail and office space are occupied by an Old National Bank branch and regional headquarters and the regional restaurant, Bru Burger. **

The Murphy Art Center: Indianapolis, IN

Originally built in the mid-1880s and 1920s as commercial buildings and a vaudeville movie house, the G.C Murphy Company purchased the buildings in 1951. Its 57,000 square feet is now a hotspot of multi-use commercial and creative spaces including restaurants, concert venues,    offices, artist studios, and galleries. **

Forte: Indianapolis, IN

This $15 million project replaced a City-owned surface parking lot. Its 66 residential units and Scottish based, Brew Dog Brewery is consistent with the vibrancy of the Fountain Square neighborhood.**
